The final touches were applied to this one yesterday and today. With the washes in place, I applied a rattle can coat of Testor's Lusterless Flat dull coat and allowed it to dry. I went back over the whole vehicle and dry-brushed some Afrika Braun over the camo pattern to simulate wear and tear. I did the same thing with the running gear but with Panzer Schwarzgrau. Once happy with how that came out, I applied a thin wash of Mig Gulf War Sand around the wheels and running gear as well as the horizontal surfaces on the vehicle itself. Some small adjustments here and there to remove excess build up were all that were needed. This one has drawn to a close. Overall, I enjoyed the project very much despite all the pitfalls in the instructions.
